Terms of Service.
Governing the use of our high-velocity enterprise messaging infrastructure and global gateway.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By creating an account or accessing the YourBulkRCS gateway, you ("User" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YourBulkRCS regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
2. User Conduct & Anti-Spam Policy
"Any account found sending unsolicited messages (SPAM), deceptive content, or phishing links will be permanently suspended immediately without refund."
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for:
- Content related to adult entertainment, gambling, or high-risk financial services.
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech toward any individual or group.
- Impersonation of banks, government agencies, or other corporate entities.
- Transmission of malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
3. Regulatory Compliance & DLT
Compliance with local telecom laws is a shared responsibility. In regions like India,DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration is mandatory. YourBulkRCS will not be liable for message failures resulting from unregistered Header IDs, Template IDs, or mismatched content.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all recipients have opted-in to receive communications from you as per the TCPA, GDPR, and other regional guidelines.
4. Payments, Credits & Refund Policy
Prepaid Credits
All RCS credits are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits do not roll over after expiration.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if a documented technical failure on our gateway prevents delivery. Failed deliveries due to recipient issues are not refundable.
We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time with a 30-day prior notice sent to your registered email address.
5. API License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our API solely for integrating your applications with our gateway. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our API.
Excessive API polling or attempts to perform DDoS attacks will result in an automatic IP-block by our firewall.
6. Limitation of Liability
YourBulkRCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Service outages due to Force Majeure (acts of god, carrier fiber cuts, national internet shutdowns) are excluded from our SLA guarantees.
