YourBulkRCS collects data to operate effectively and provide you with the best experiences with our services. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create a YourBulkRCS account, submit a search query, or contact us for support.
Account Data
We collect names, business email addresses, billing information, and phone numbers for verification and identity management.
Usage Meta-Data
Includes IP addresses, browser types, API access keys, and logs showing which of our services you used and when.
Regarding Recipient Data: In the context of RCS delivery, YourBulkRCS acts as a Data Processor. We do not own, control, or use the phone numbers you upload for any purpose other than transmitting your authorized messages through our carrier networks.
2. Use of Collected Information
We use the information we collect for four basic purposes: (1) to provide our RCS gateway services; (2) to send communications, including promotional communications; (3) for billing and internal auditing; and (4) to comply with international telecom regulations.

3. Data Processing & Infrastructure
Our platform is engineered on Microsoft Azure enterprise-grade infrastructure. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed on Microsoft’s global cloud, which provides the highest levels of data isolation and redundancy.
We maintain a strict Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with all our upstream carrier partners. This ensures that even when your message leaves our gateway and enters the telecom ecosystem, it is handled according to standardized privacy protocols.
4. Security Measures & Encryption
Security is the core of YourBulkRCS. We implement end-to-end encryption for all API calls via TLS 1.3. At rest, sensitive account information is protected by AES-256 bit encryption. Physical access to our data centers is managed by Microsoft’s elite security teams.
We perform quarterly penetration testing and maintain a bug bounty program to ensure our gateway remains impenetrable to unauthorized third parties.
5. Regulatory & Regulatory Compliance
YourBulkRCS complies with global standards including GDPR, CCPA, and regional telecom laws such as TRAI (India) and DLT registration mandates.
We assist our clients in meeting their own compliance goals by providing tools for opt-out management and detailed audit trails of every message sent through our system.
6. International Data Transfers
Information collected by YourBulkRCS may be stored and processed in your region, in the United States, or in any other country where Microsoft or our affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers maintain facilities.
We participate in the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks to ensure that data transferred from the European Economic Area (EEA) is protected to a standard equivalent to that in the EEA.
